Bottom line
The real-estate estate is not one app. It is a stacked system: DeedSonar at the customer-facing surface; LandOS as the land/property intelligence layer; REI-X as the analyst/product lineage; Recipe Engine / Lead Recipe OS for signal-to-opportunity logic; Territory Engine for geography; APG Land CRM as the historical operating implementation; and a substantial research, case, underwriting, and lead corpus around them.
Important boundary (source): This is a reconciled inventory, not a claim that every byte on every historical drive was directly mounted and rescanned in this runtime.

5. Current Lead Geography
Current Deed Sonar Launch owner-lead geography is wider than the earlier June/July Michiana proof cohort. The largest current concentration is North Carolina, followed by LaPorte County, Indiana, then Berrien County, Michigan and additional Michigan/Indiana/North Carolina FIPS. This is a data-estate fact, not a statement of current buying intent.
| County / geography | FIPS | Current owner-lead rows | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Davidson County, North Carolina | 37057 | 27,343 | Largest current concentration |
| Orange County, North Carolina | 37135 | 1,792 | NC estate |
| LaPorte County, Indiana | 18091 | 1,098 | Core Northern Indiana territory |
| Mecklenburg County, North Carolina | 37119 | 1,005 | NC estate |
| Berrien County, Michigan | 26021 | 247 | Core SW Michigan; all 247 scored in current owner-lead layer |
| Union County, North Carolina | 37179 | 100 | NC estate |
| St. Joseph County, Indiana | 18141 | 244 | Current owner-lead table; 162 scored, 94 explicitly non-seed |
| Other Michigan FIPS | 26xxx | 1,600+ | Long tail of Michigan records; retain exact FIPS in appendix |
| Other North Carolina FIPS | 37xxx | 100+ | Long tail of NC records; exact FIPS in appendix |
| Texas | 48xxx | 34 | FIPS 48491; exact county name not promoted here without a separate county-reference check |
Core territory doctrine found in the corpus
| Territory | What is actually documented |
|---|---|
| Berrien County, Michigan | Primary SW Michigan node. Named towns/townships in Lakeshore Intelligence include Benton, Benton Harbor, St. Joseph, Lincoln, Royalton, Sodus, Hagar, Watervliet, Coloma, Bridgman, Stevensville and Baroda. |
| St. Joseph County, Indiana | Primary Michiana node. South Bend, Mishawaka, Granger, Osceola, New Carlisle and surrounding areas appear across LandOS, Territory, HOME_HUNT and DeedSonar work. |
| Elkhart County, Indiana | Explicitly named as a buying/selection territory alongside St. Joseph IN in the LandOS doctrine; present in historical corpus even though current live owner-lead aggregate did not surface an 18039 row in the top census. |
| LaPorte County, Indiana | Explicit multi-year parcel/sales and HOME_HUNT territory; county FIPS 18091 is present with 1,098 current owner-lead rows. |
| Marshall County, Indiana | Named in LandOS buy/selection rubric; not separately prominent in the current top live census. |
| New Carlisle / Penn / New Prairie corridor | Repeated tactical target zone across HOME_HUNT, territory, builder-buying research and individual dossiers. |
| North Carolina | Large current production estate; 20,734 candidates were a Sept 4/5 measured DeedSonar snapshot, and current FIPS distribution now shows Davidson/Orange/Mecklenburg/Union as major concentrations. |
6. Property and Deal Case Corpus

11. Historical Drive / Physical Storage Evidence
The indexed estate contains a historical scan of the external volume NEURUH-HD. The scan documented the volume as /Volumes/NEURUH-HD, 466 GiB total, and reported no canonical masters and no D0_MECKLENBURG tree at that scan point. The current runtime does not have that volume mounted, so this section is historical evidence only.
| Storage / evidence | Location | Truth level |
|---|---|---|
| NEURUH-HD external drive | /Volumes/NEURUH-HD | Historical indexed location; direct mount unavailable in this runtime |
| Neuruh workspace root | ~/neuruh-workspace | Current/documented Mac workspace family; exact availability not asserted without mount |
| Canonical library | ~/Documents/NEURUH_CANONICAL_LIBRARY | Documented canonical storage location in multiple audits |
| Archive | ~/Documents/NEURUH_ARCHIVE | Documented archive location; contains Project_Matched real-estate history |
| Local downloads / preserved bundles | ~/Downloads and subfolders | Historical preservation locations for REI-X and other artifacts |
12. What This Inventory Says About Physical Property Ownership
No definitive personal-property ownership ledger surfaced. The connected evidence is overwhelmingly an acquisition/intelligence corpus: property candidates, parcel records, research targets, client cases, underwriting packages, and CRM leads. Individual addresses in the report are documented research/case assets, not proof of title ownership by the user.
There are documented transactions/outcomes in the Deed Sonar data model, but the current table census does not by itself establish which properties are personally owned, jointly owned, under contract, assigned, or merely researched. That distinction needs a dedicated ownership ledger or deed/title source if the goal is an inventory of personally controlled real estate.
13. Gaps, Duplicates and Things to Finish
| Gap | Observed truth | Next action |
|---|---|---|
| Direct NEURUH-HD recrawl | Not possible from this runtime because the historical external drive is not mounted. | Do a fresh recursive scan when the drive is mounted; reconcile against this inventory hash-by-hash. |
| APG Land CRM live data | Project is healthy but current table inventory is mostly empty except a few foundation rows. | Treat APG as provenance/founding implementation, not a competing current CRM. |
| DeedSonar final production closure | Current product/database is live, but the last canonical September report still carried an R01 compute/latency gate. | Run current production court and record new receipt before calling final closure. |
| Recipe counts | 36 current registry rows vs 30 canonical recipe families in the Sept 6 canon. | Normalize aliases/variants into a single unique recipe registry view before reporting capability counts. |
| HOME_HUNT file structure | Top-level count=30, but the same JSON contains 160 distinct address fields across nested sections. | Treat 30 top-level candidates as the shortlist; treat remaining addresses as supporting/other address blocks. |
| NC vs Michiana scale | Historical canon emphasized 22,343 candidate snapshot with 20,734 NC + 1,609 MI, while current live FIPS data is broader. | Refresh marketing/proof numbers from current receipts before external use. |
| Personal ownership inventory | No authoritative title/deed ledger found in this search. | Build a separate owner-controlled asset register from deed/title sources if that is the intended inventory. |
14. Source Trail / Systems Searched
| Source | Search / evidence used |
|---|---|
| Files / Library | Semantic searches for DeedSonar, LandOS, REI-X, probate, property, Lakeshore, New Carlisle, Berrien, South Bend; exact reads of HOME_HUNT JSON and artifact indexes. |
| Notion | DeedSonar canon, LandOS build logs, REI-X build tree, canonical asset register, recipe and territory pages, Anchorpoint x Neuruh command pages. |
| GitHub | Repository discovery and code/README searches for deedsonar, landos-engine, landos-ingest, territory-engine, recipe-engine, lead-recipe-os, lakeshore-intelligence, reix-landing, neuruh-estate-office, probate-form, RealEstateDealArchitect and related assets. |
| Supabase | Current project/table inventory and live SQL aggregation in Deed Sonar Launch and APG Land CRM. |
| Historical local scans in Library | Documented local worktrees, repo paths, NEURUH-HD mount state, archive/canonical library locations. |
Reconciliation rule used in this report (source): current connector data outranks historical snapshots; canonical product naming outranks legacy naming; built/implemented is not treated as live/healthy; research candidates are not treated as owned property; and FIPS-level long-tail rows are not promoted to named county claims unless the county identity is already explicit in the available evidence.

Completeness meter: inventory record check
Check a record against the fields this inventory expects. Missing fields are listed below the meter.
Completeness: 0% (0 of 5 fields).
Missing fields: address, APN, county, FIPS, score.
Share link (URL hash)
Save the current shortlist filter and sample selection into a shareable link. The state is encoded in the URL hash as base64 JSON; nothing is sent to a server.
Try-it walkthrough
Step 1 of 5: Use the search box in Section 7 to filter the 30-property HOME_HUNT shortlist. Try typing "Timothy".
How it works
This page is a faithful transcription of the 2026-09-22 inventory PDF into one searchable HTML document. The shortlist and recipe tables are rendered from data embedded in this file, so the filters run entirely in your browser. The completeness meter scores a record against five fields the inventory itself uses (address, APN, county, FIPS, score). The share link encodes only your current filter and sample choice in the URL hash.
What this is not
- Not a live connection to Supabase, GitHub, or Notion. All figures are source claims from 22 September 2026.
- Not proof of ownership. Section 12 states no personal-property ownership ledger surfaced; addresses here are research/case assets.
- Not current data. The live counts (33,250 owner-leads, 573,166 parcel geometries) are a snapshot, not a live census.
- Not an appraisal, valuation, or title opinion. No prices, comps, or valuations are stated anywhere on this page.
Honest gaps and limits
- NEURUH-HD was not mounted in the source runtime; no fresh recrawl was possible.
- Long-tail FIPS rows (1,600+ MI, 100+ NC) are approximate ranges; exact FIPS are in the source appendix, not transcribed here.
- R8 is absent from the source recipe listing; R8 is not invented here.
- St. Joseph County row: 162 scored + 94 non-seed = 256, but the source total is 244. Printed as stated.
- Layout was not eyeballed in a real browser; DOM checks only.
